Planning, bill submit, bill certify, BOQ preparation, submit shop drawing, material requirement, contractor labour.Construction activities of RFT plant (Erection job, Maintenance, pump and piping erection).Arrange plant and machinery for smooth functioning of construction activities.Fabrication, welding & hydro testing for spools having diameter starting from to 24 times.Scaffolding procedure and check list preparation for workers safety point of view.Guidance provided to workers for safety issues to be sorted out.Weekly plans to be achieved by contractor along with HOD and provide next week plan.Certify running bills of contractors as per their quality and site execution records and market balance scope.Check daily manpower requirement as per site conditions and requirement involved.Coordination from civil, maintenance, operation, electrical, and instrument for smooth functioning.All safety compliances to be done.Capability to take turnkey projects from various clients.Providing RA bills to clients for furnishing the work.Site visit to check either actual work going on as per requirements or not.
