Job Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled graduates (Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E.) in Engineering to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and ensure product quality.Key Responsibilities:
• Process Development: Design and implement manufacturing processes and workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate production processes; identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and production to ensure seamless operations.
• Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve production issues related to equipment and processes.
• Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to track and report on manufacturing metrics and performance.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processes, improvements, and production outputs.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and other process improvement projects.
• Training: Assist in training staff on new processes and best practices.
Qualifications:
• Education:
  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or
  • B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles.
  • Proficient in CAD software and manufacturing tools.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies.
Preferred Experience:
• Internship or project experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
