We are seeking a motivated and skilled Production Engineer to join our team in a dynamic production plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring quality control, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.Key Responsibilities:
• Production Management:
  • Monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various departments (e.g., maintenance, quality assurance) to optimize production flow.
• Process Optimization:
  • Analyze production processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Quality Control:
  • Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure compliance with specifications.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Technical Support:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to production staff on equipment operation and maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs with maintenance teams.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of production data, quality checks, and process changes.
  • Prepare reports on production metrics and recommend improvements to management.
• Safety Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and practices within the production environment.
  • Participate in safety training and promote a culture of safety among team members.
Qualifications:
• Education:
  • Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
• Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools (e.g., CAD, ERP systems).
