    Position: Relationship / Development Manager Agency /Banca - Channel.AboutCompany,establishedmore than a decade ago, highly reputed &professional LifeInsuranceCompany, isin joint venture with MNC company in Insurance - one of the oldest and biggest insurance companies.Brief JD & Roles:> Channel (Private Bank): Agency / Bancassurance / Wealth> Experience:2- 8 years in the Life insurance Industry in Sales. BFSI Industry> Customer Relationshipmanagement. Knowledgeof Life Insurance Products / BFSI.Key ResponsibilitiesTo Build strong relationship across the partner networkTo Grow the business by driving sales of ETLI products through partner sales teamTo Organize catch-up meetings with partners and their clients to introduce ETLI products in their portfolios.To Activate maximum number of mapped sub-brokers/RMs/Lead Generators on a monthly basisTo Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual business targetsTo Ensure smooth issuance of all cases from start to finish and maintain persistency of all issued policies.To Prepare and send daily report on meetings and sales numbers to all stakeholdersTo Track the status of logged in policies in the central MISTo Update on the tasks assigned for driving focused business through the task MISTo Maintain and update the persistency data of the assigned casesTo Train partner RMs on ETLI products and processesRequired Candidate profile:Qualification - Graduate preferably.Should have exp. in Local market and can speak Local language.Orissa
