Job Summary:

  • Responsible forAgent Recruitment Agent Development Meet Business targets
CustomerCentralityKey Responsibilities:Agent Recruitment
  • Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent & agent pipe line.
  • Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate fresh referral for new agent hiring
  • Recruit quality agents as per the standards defined by the company
Agent Development
  • Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and work habits
  • Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and goals
  • Identify the training needs of the agent and work with Trainers to improve the same
Meet Business Targets
  • Achievement of key business vectors
  • Improve agent productivity & retention
  • Maintain the quality vectors of business including persist-encyand surrender
Minimum Education:
  • Minimum Graduate
Candidate Specification
  • Age - 24 years minimum
  • Minimum 2 years of Sales experience .
  • Experience of handling 4-5 member team
  • CTC Negotiable
  • Should have been from the local area/ applied location for at least for 2 years
