    Please find JD and company profile for you reference.Company profile: https://smartnode.in/Position: Regional Sales ManagerRoles & Responsibilities:- Expand product availability within the assigned territory.- Promote and sell home automation products to B2B and B2C customers, including architects, builders, and end-users.- Deliver presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.- Train and support clients in using home automation products.- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and technical support teams for seamless implementation and delivery.- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.- Identify and appoint channel partners to expand the network.- Generate new business opportunities and manage existing channel partners.- Report on sales performance and manage the sales budget.- Continuously improve sales processes for enhanced efficiency.- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly targets.- Organize and participate in local promotional activities such as exhibitions and industry meets.
