Relationship Manager II Direct Sales

Job Description

• Drive insurance sales through BTL references and leads generated by affinity tie-ups.
• Increase the top of the funnel by driving periodic BTL activities to generate prospects through natural market, RD support, and corporate worksites.
• Contact qualified prospects regularly to maximize face-to-face meetings.
• Adopt a need-based selling approach based on financial needs analysis.
• Follow up rigorously and timely on all prospects in progress.
• Update and enrich prospect information in LMS/VYMO.
• Track performance in LMS/VYMO and maximize process efficiency (meetings %, conversion %).
• Generate referrals from prospects/customers and build own pipeline.
• Assist customers with medical formalities and documentation for smooth policy issuance.
• Ensure all procedural requirements for policy issuance are complete and correct.
• Track logged policies to ensure speedy issuance.
Preferred candidate profile
• Experience:Minimum 2 years insales(preferably life insurance/bancassurance)
• Immediate joiningornotice period 15 days
• Age up to 35 years
• Local candidate- Kolkata
• Strong stabilityin previous organizations
• Own vehicle preferred
• CTC:Up to 5 LPA
• Strong sales backgroundwith proven target achievement
