Job Description

    Job Title: Sales ExecutiveJob Summary:The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, Connecting with potential clients,and Fixing meetings to meet the companys revenue targets. This role requires a self-motivated,target-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintainstrong relationships with customers. The Field Sales Executive will work primarily in the field,visiting clients, fixing meetings.Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve these goals.2. Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold-calling. Qualify leads to ensure they are a good fit for the companys products orservices.3. Client Engagement/Demo Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present thecompanys products or services. Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specificrequirements.4. Client Engagement: Fixing face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present the companysproducts or services. Understand client needs and tailor presentations to address their specificrequirements with the support of the reporting manager5. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeatbusiness. Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns theymay have.6. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progressin CRM systems. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance andmarket feedback.7. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and marketconditions. Provide feedback to the company on market needs and opportunities.Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: Experience in field sales or a similar role for 6 months at least Experience in [specific industry] is an advantage.Work Environment: This is a field-based role, requiring extensive travel to meet with clients. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
