- Should be experienced in Real Estate Sales- Gathering information related to other projects and to the current market trends and able to complete the Monthly Targets of their Team.- Capability for Handling the Queries of Buyers according to their desired needs from various advertisement like Print Media, Digital Media.- Handling Team with their Daily, Weekly and Monthly Activities.- Sharing Daily and Monthly Performance Reports of their Team on Regular Basis.- Motivate and Organize the Daily Activities for their Daily Working.- Active participation in Seminar, Field Activities, Corporate Presentation for Product Promotion of Company.- Direct & Corporate Sales to various Customers & Channel Sales.- Close the Deal given Client by your Team.- Ensure to monitor the Daily Activities of Team Members for achieving the Daily Task of the Day.- Accompany Buyers during their Site Visit, responsible for regular Follow-up with Client, for providing Best services to client at your end.- Making and sharing Daily, Weekly and Monthly Performance Reports.- Ability to Complete the given Targets on Monthly and Daily on regular Basis.- Ensuring to monitor the Regular Follow-up with clients by your team Mates and moreover drive the Client to close the Deal.
