Key skills required for the job are: n SAP ISU CRM-L3, (Mandatory) .As a Domain Consultant in one of the industry verticals, you are responsible for consulting and requirement elicitation in a client engagement during one or more of the client delivery lifecycle stages in a product configuration and implementation space. You are expected to contribute to solution building within the practice. Minimum work experience: 3 - 5 YEARS nMinimum 5 years experince in CRM nMin 1 end to end implementation experince in SAP CRM ISU Should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP CRM Base configuration, CRM middleware configuration nExperience in configuring CRM for Utilities Experince in E2E CRM Service configuration nExperince in Business Master Data/Technical Master Data replication between ECC-ISU and CRM nExperince in BCM-CRM integration, IVR configuration and management Experince in integration between CRM & ECC modules(PM, MM) apart from ISU nShould have good knowledge in middlware troubleshooting Should have knowledge in ISU : Contract Account, Business Partners, Installation, Contracts, Notifications Replications and Troubleshooting. Experience in working with ISU CIC/CS configuration nShould have worked on integration with 3rd party data sources Should have Excellent communication and presentation skills nShould have good attitude and learning desire nShould have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides nShould have Good client handling skills nShould be able to manage customer independently nShould be ready to relocate to any location in India or outside India nShould have team building and collaborative working skillsMinimum Experience Required:3-5 YEARSMandatory Skills:SAP ISU CRM-L3 Risk and Regulatory Compliance-L2Language Skills:English Language-L3,
