Job Description

  • Understand user requirements and being able to convert those to engineering specifications.
  • Independently design develop and on hardware subsystems and deliverables complaints to applicable standards and BTL internal guidelines.
  • Work on systematic in dream b o m Optimization layout guidelines Gerber release board bring up requirements testing and reliability testing.
  • Simulation of critical design and confirming of design accuracy conducting design reviews with technology experts and being able to comprehend design directions determine rights coordinates and execute test plans to include functional EMI / EMC and regulatory testing.
  • Closely work with project manager and support in formulating project timelines and ensure execution of of rigor for HW activities to meet timelines.
  • Worked closely and efficiently with software and mechanical team for product development and implementation of ideas.
  • Work closely with manufacturing, service and purchasing team.
  • Strong fundamentals of electronic engineering.
  • Exposure to at least one of of full product development cycle involving design testing qualification and production transformer.
  • Working knowledge of embedded systems involving microcontroller, microprocessor power system and LCD displays.
  • Basic of some of the following protocols 12c SPI RS 485 USB lVDS.
  • Good communication skills and ability to make technical documentation.
  • Tool competencies circuit stimulation tools Systematic and layout tools.
  • Passion for success and being proactive with a sense of ownership.
  • Able to go deep in different technology and solve problems with good known why and know-how.
  • See clarity of what needs to be done and why it needs to be done. Flexible, hands-on and willing to learn new technologies.
  • Good team player with good collaboration skills.
  • Working experience with EMI / EMC testing and safety testing is an advantage.
  • knowledge of production transfer involving Awareness of DFM / DFT / DF and defining production test test fixture design is a plus.
  • Understanding and working knowledge of mechanical standards.
