Senior Hospital Operations ManagerResponsibilities Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies and plans to improve operational efficiency, enhance patient satisfaction, and achieve organizational goals.Budget Management: Prepare, manage, and monitor the operational budget to ensure cost-effective operations while maintaining high-quality patient care.Process Improvement: Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance workflow across various departments.Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards, ensuring that healthcare services meet or exceed regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and manage teams within the operations department, including staff in areas such as facilities management, logistics, supply chain, and administrative services.Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including NABH, AACI and other relevant standards, and work closely with compliance officers to address any issues.Resource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to meet patient demand and maintain operational efficiency.Emergency Preparedness: Develop and implement emergency response and disaster recovery plans to ensure the healthcare facility can respond effectively to crises.Data Analysis: Utilize data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and make data-driven decisions to improve processes and patient outcomes.Major Job Qualifications / Specific SkillsRequired Education:Bachelors degree/ Masters in Business Administration/Healthcare Administration or the other equivalent degreePreferred Education:Graduation/Masters Experience:12-20 YearsKnowledge and Specific Skills:Strong leadership and management skillsStrong Communication skillsRequired Critical Behavioral Competencies Passion for ExcellenceResult OrientationCoaching Empowerment & Team DevelopmentCommunication SkillCustomer FocusRisk TakingIntegrity & EthicsService OrientationBuilding Relationships & PartnershipsLeadership & InfluencingStrategic Thinking & ExecutionPlanning & OrganizingProblem solving and Decision MakingFunctional ExpertiseNegotiationInterested can send their updated resume to (hidden_email) and call hidden_mobile/hidden_mobile
