Job Description

Position -Sr. Sales Executive - Project SalesIndustry - Lighting/Electronic /Home AppliancesDepartment - Sales/BDEducation - Any Graduate/MBAExperience - Min2-4 Year in project sales -Interior Designer and Architecture (Lighting, Electrical or Electronic products/home appliances)Location -Kolkata & BhubneshwerResponsibilities:

  • Visit architect and interior designer, explanation of products and their application to the customer. And make the new customers in the assigned state. and develop the new markets with new customers.
  • Doing sales visits, taking orders, monitoring the supply management and help in secondary sales and handle totally B2C markets
  • Solving the technical problems. Generating the orders accordingly, knowledge about LED and lights.
  • Reporting on daily basis and submission of monthly working and records in a right and systematic way as per company standards.
  • Travelling minimum 18-20 days in a month in the assigned state / territory for sales.
  • Maintaining right stock position of goods at dealer point.
  • This role revolves around good communication and so your duties are likely to include:
a. Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings b. Planning and preparing presentations c. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients d. Writing reportsRequisite Skills:
  • Experience: 3-4 Years in Electrical Product ( LED Lights, Outdoor & indoor Lights, home appliances etc)
  • Only Project sales, not channel sales
  • Should have geographical knowledge
  • Good Communication and management Skill
  • Good business sense
  • A deep understanding of marketing principles
  • A positive attitude
  • 15-18 days touring
  • MS office proficiency
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Being performance-driven and focused on results
  • Ability to self-motivate and motivate other
