The role ensures accurate stock management, smooth material flow to production, compliance with safety standards, and efficient utilization of storage space. Key Responsibilities
• Manage receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reconciliation.
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO inventory practices are followed.
• Coordinate material movement between stores, production, and dispatch departments.
• Supervise loading, unloading, and warehouse operations.
• Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification.
• Maintain GRN, MRN, stock registers, issue slips, and dispatch documentation.
• Update inventory transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Lead and supervise store staff, operators, and helpers.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, ISO, and safety standards.
• Monitor housekeeping, fire safety, and pest control within the warehouse.

Qualification

• 38 years of experience in store, warehouse, or inventory management, preferably in FMCG manufacturing.
