Along with offering hybrid work options, a Pan India presence gives flexible location options to employees.The Role:We are looking for an Application Developer, who will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. who will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions that enhance business operations and improve efficiency, will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. involve overseeing the application development process and ensuring seamless communication within the team and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Design and develop applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• Configure and customize applications to meet specific business requirements.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application functionality and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications with other systems.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for application issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve application development processes.
Skills Required:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their integration with other applications.
• Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics 365 using X and C#.
• Knowledge of data migration and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps for version control and release management.
• Ability to analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Qualifications & Experience:
• The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
• A Graduate degree is required
