Dear Associate,One of our reputed MNC Life Insurance clients is looking for Training Manager.To apply please call Vaibhav on 9011033268 or email CV to aspireerpjobs10@gmail.comKey Responsibilities· Plans, schedules and conducts pre-licensing training for all prospective life advisors· Schedules all branch level training programs and publishes the calendar as per the system· Ensures timely deliveries of all training.· Ensure early activation of New Licensed Agents and do fast start to their career.· Maintains a record of all training programs and participants and publishes relevant MIS· Remains abreast of all advisors and employees vis-à-vis the gaps in training needs and designs a developmental plan covering all of them· Publish sales ideas & conduct Sales Skill Training Programs· Conduct in-house workshop/ seminars/ clinics with agents and other managers for policyholders and prospects.· Develop, implement, manage and supervise the Annual Training Plan· Coordinate and follow up on the High Potential (MDRT & CEO Circle) and other R&R of the agents and employees· Coordinate office use of Specialists/ Consultants and resources for agent development ,Product Training· Assist the Senior Partner’s( Sales Managers) & Partner’s as needed in the following areas:o Product knowledgeo Sales systems for specific productsDesired Profile:Ø Life Insurance training experience of 3 – 5 year.Ø Must have conducted IC-33 training for batches of 20 – 25 people.Ø Abreast with the latest developments of IRDA.Thanks,Vaibhav9011033268Mail: aspireerpjobs10@gmail.com
