Job Description Roles & Responsibility: Develop interactive prototypes Drive the development and communication of clear design guidelines, patterns, libraries, and assets; work closely with the team to implement the vision Experience developing UX artifacts including streamlined scenarios, storyboards, flows, and information architecture Research, design and prototype new user experiences based on product requirements Validate designs through research, including usability best practices, analytics, and direct interaction with customers, product managers and Client Success Ability to prioritize different design problems by understanding their significance and impact on our overall ecosystem Experience working with software developers Capable of translating designs across all devices and screen sizes Experience working with software developers Coach, mentor and inspire the less experienced members of your team Design solutions that incorporate current best practices in usability, interaction design, and responsive and adaptive strategies. Comprehensive understanding of how users behave on varied web UX, how different elements in a UX can change user experience. Ability to create visually stunning and engaging experiences utilizing a solid understanding of UX best practices. A strong portfolio demonstrating UX principles and technical expertise (Please don t apply without a link to your portfolio) Creation of designs with creative application of information architecture, color palettes, typography, iconography and final production assets, while monitoring design consistency across all projects. Expertise with cross- browser, cross- platform, and design constraints on the web knowledge of common web front- end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery/ Dojo/ YUX). Excellent visual communication skills (Understanding of visual design capabilities, including information hierarchy, typography and color). Understanding of web design principles such as user experience, responsive design, mobile UI design, usability and accessibility. Working with client and project teams, development and marketing, teams to build features and functionality for global marketing web sites Ensure all versions of project UX documents are complete, current, and stored/ archived appropriately. Experience in developing UX for mobile websites and mobile applications. Create Mobile UX wireframes, prototypes, conceptual design and UX specification document. Interface with various project teams throughout the project life cycle starting from the requirement gathering phase, understand the business workflow and create UI designs including producing static web/ mobile UX artifacts. Practical experience in development of CSS3, HTML 5, JavaScript, SQL, graphics creation using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator. Mandatory Skills: Ability to execute and deliver to tight guidelines and schedules. Experience in interaction with Product Owners, Business Analysts to understand the system workflow and create UX models based out of it. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Should be excellent in Time Management, Planning Skills & Organizing Skills. Should be a team player. B.E/ B.Tech / MCA or any Graduate/ Post Graduate with good knowledge on Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design Working experience with one or more wireframing tools such as Axure, InVision, yEd and Balsamiq Mockups. Comfortable with a graphic design tool Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or equivalent. Willingness to share knowledge and ideas with your co- workers. - Experience in user research and usability testing or excellent visual design skills will be a plus. Minimum 5- 7 years and above in website designing or related experience. Equivalent combination of education and experience.,
