We are seeking a highly experienced .Net & Angular Professional to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of .Net & Angular Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications using the .Net and Angular frameworks. Your expertise in .Net, Angular, and other related technologies will be crucial in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our business requirements. Lead and mentor a team of .Net & Angular Developers in the design, development, and maintenance of web applications. Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements for .Net & Angular applications. Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using .Net and Angular, including ASP.NET, .Net Core, C#, AngularJS, and TypeScript. Write efficient and well-structured code to implement business logic and functionality on the .Net platform. Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed applications. Maintain and enhance existing .Net & Angular applications by troubleshooting issues, implementing bug fixes, and optimizing performance. Collaborate with other developers, database administrators, and system administrators to integrate .Net & Angular applications with other systems and databases. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design, coding standards, and user manuals. Stay updated with the latest .Net and Angular technologies and industry trends and recommend improvements or alternative solutions to enhance system performance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration, data migration, and software deployment activities. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Primary skills:.Net,UI & Markup Languages->Angular Cloud Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a .Net & Angular Developer, with at least 3 years of team handling experience. Strong understanding of .Net and Angular programming concepts, including dependency injection, asynchronous programming, and unit testing. Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting .Net & Angular applications to identify and resolve issues effectively. Extensive experience with .Net and Angular development tools, such as Visual Studio and Angular CLI. Deep familiarity with relational databases, particularly SQL Server and MySQL. Expert knowledge of .Net and Angular performance tuning and optimization techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions. Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Familiar with software development methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum. Understanding of software version control systems, such as Git or Subversion. Certification in .Net or Angular or related technologies.
