Job Description

    Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distributor Sales Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and managing distributor relationships in the regions of Gandhidham, Bhuj, and Mundra. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial sales and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to guide a team towards achieving sales targets. With an annual salary of 4,50,000, this full-time position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a thriving market.Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance distributor performance and achieve sales targets.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with existing distributors while identifying and onboarding new partners.
    • Conduct techno-commercial negotiations to ensure favorable terms and conditions for both the company and distributors.
    • Lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential and performance.
    • Coordinate sales activities and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for development.
    • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products and expand the companys network.
    QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
    • A minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in an industrial or technical sales environment.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
    • Proven experience in techno-commercial negotiations and sales coordination.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
    • Solid understanding of branding and marketing principles as they relate to sales.
