Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Dealer Development Sales, your role is crucial in expanding the dealer network and driving sales growth for the company. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new dealers in targeted regions to expand market presence. Additionally, you will manage the end-to-end dealer onboarding process to ensure seamless integration into the sales network. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers to enhance sales performance will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will develop and implement dealer sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities will be essential.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new dealers in targeted regions.- Manage end-to-end dealer onboarding process.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.- Develop and implement dealer sales strategies.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.- Provide training and support to dealers on product knowledge, sales strategies, and company policies.- Monitor dealer performance and implement corrective measures when necessary.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance dealer engagement.- Prepare regular reports on dealer sales performance and market trends.- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in dealer management.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.- 3-5 years of experience in dealer development, sales, or business development.- Proven track record in building and managing dealer networks.- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule and performance bonus. Experience in EV or Battery Sales for 2 years is required, while sales experience for 1 year is preferred. The work location is in person.,
