Job Description

    We are searching for a talented and dedicated MERN Stack Developer with over 3 years of practical experience in building full-stack web applications. As a MERN developer, your main duty will involve creating, enhancing, and managing scalable and high-performing web applications utilizing MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.Your responsibilities will include designing and developing full-stack web applications using the MERN stack, collaborating with UI/UX designers and product managers to implement responsive and interactive front-end interfaces, creating RESTful APIs and integrating them with front-end components, optimizing applications for speed and scalability, managing MongoDB databases including design, implementation, and maintenance, writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, troubleshooting and debugging issues across the stack, participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies like scrum, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of professional experience as a MERN stack developer. Proficiency in MongoDB (including Mongoose or native drivers), Express.js, React.js (Hooks, Redux or Context API), and Node.js is essential. You must also have a strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration, experience with version control systems like Git, familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, or Vite, and a basic understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (preferred but not mandatory). Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Firebase would be a valuable asset. Additionally, you must be capable of working both independently and in a team environment.This is a full-time position with the work location being in person.,
