A member of a group of people who work together, especially on a ship: All crew members should return to the ship by 6 a.m. People who work on boats & ships, Crew members are natural persons working on board ships, who operate the ship or service passengers in the performance of their dutiesGreet customers upon arrival. Inform customers of any specials or promotions running currently. Answer any questions the customers might have. Take orders with accuracy. Repeat orders to customers to ensure they are correct. Accept payment and accurately supply change, when neededThere is no difference. All employees are team members, personally, at Jersey Mikes, there should be no difference between a crew member and a team member they should effectively do the same role and both should be worthwhile and positive member towards the group
