• Handle Internal and External Recruitment.
• Handing complete Recruitment from Manpower Planning to till induction of the suitable candidates.
• Attracting talent through employee referral scheme, job portals.
• Maintaining the database of the candidates interviewed, selected, rejected.
• Conducting reference/ backgrounds checks when required.
• Issuing procedure and making of Offer letter/appointment letter.
• Legal Liaison with Govt. Department
• Organized Employee Engagement Activity
• Arrange legal Training
• Plant Related work
