A Pillar Coordinator is a role focused on facilitating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring the effective delivery of projects within a specific area or pillar of an organization. They act as a central point of contact for their pillar, providing guidance, support, and coordination to ensure projects align with strategic goals and best practices.Key Responsibilities of a Pillar Coordinator: Coordination and Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration between different teams and departments related to the pillar.Project Management:Assist in the identification, design, and implementation of projects within the pillar, including managing budgets, timelines, and resources.Knowledge Management:Identify, synthesize, and share best practices and lessons learned within the organization and with external partners.Stakeholder Management:Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, civil society organizations, and other development partners.Technical Support:Provide technical expertise and guidance to teams on best practices, methodologies, and tools relevant to the pillar.Performance Monitoring:Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Policy and Strategy:Support the development and implementation of policies and strategies related to the pillar, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Training and Mentorship:Provide training and mentorship to staff on best practices and new developments within the pillarWe are currently employing, send your resume here :- hidden_email
