Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesIdentify new customers within the customer environment.
• Be proactive in building productive and trustworthy relationships with customers.
• Meet prospective customers to understand their real estate needs and provide assistance, information regarding ongoing projects of the company.
• Develop and Maintain relationships with existing Customers via Direct Meetings, Telephone calls, and Emails.
• Generate new opportunities.
• Approaching and Interacting with the clients and accompanying them on on-site visits.
• Should have an understanding of the Real Estate Market and the procedure of Real Estate transactions.
• Sales of Hi-Rise residential properties by presentation and demonstration of the features and benefits of available properties.
• Any other tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
