The Marketing Manager will plan and execute marketing initiatives to promote the medical centres services, strengthen community outreach, and build brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline promotional activities, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams to gather service information, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The person in this role will analyze market trends, monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and recommend actions to improve patient engagement and service utilization. The Marketing Manager will also oversee relationships with local partners, vendors, and media outlets, while maintaining compliance with healthcare communication standards.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in marketing management, preferably in healthcare or service-oriented industries.Strong skills in campaign planning, brand positioning, and community outreach.Ability to work with digital tools and platforms (e.g., social media, basic website content updates, email marketing).Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to clarity and accuracy.Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.Familiarity with the local Birbhum market and willingness to engage directly with the community.Strong organizational skills, ethical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered values. .
