Coordination with client and logistics dept for Delivery as per schedule.. Preparing quotations and emailing to the Parties.. Following up with clients for sales order on quotation sent.. Preparing various MIS report as and when required.. Preparing Independent correspondence.. Coordinating with Logistics dept and factory concerns for dispatch according to delivery schedule of Client.. Updating Sales Order details, dispatch qty in various files.. Preparing all sales documentation and drafting.. Handling Dispatches of Invoices by scrutinizing authenticated documents against purchase orders.. Payment Collection from parties by sending reminder thro email or phone.. Maintain Monthly & Weekly record of Collection Target.. Sending Courier and Samples and maintain record.. Preparing Visiting Cards format for each department as and when required..
