Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTIONJob PurposeThis position is open with Bajaj Finserv Ltd. Engage with B2C customers to build and strengthen relationships to generate Gold Loan & Business Loan business.Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate sales business for Gold loan, Business loan and PL
  • Ensure timely collection
  • Ensure productivity through direct and indirect business
  • Local knowledge of the market, competition and industry.
  • Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales
  • Plan location wise outdoor sales in defined location & conduct customer campaigns for generation of enquiries from new to BFL customers.
  • Resolve customer escalations / queries in specified TAT in coordination with regional / central operations / customer service / product team.
  • Competitive Assessment:
    • The individual should exhibit in-depth understanding of competitive landscape and possess strong hold on changing market dynamics.
    • Regular market visit and updating Daily Visit report
  • Sales & Collect responsibility
  • Clearing day to day customer queries
