Counselor/ Senior Counselor Job Responsibilities of a Visa Counselor: Provide pre sales counseling and advise the students regarding admission services Achieve enrollment as well as collection targets for admission consulting enrollments. Generate walk-ins from telephonic lead, leads for other sources and referrals. Mobilize the student groups for Career Launcher initiatives and programmes Responsible for operations processes / formalities at the center. Responsible for driving business for the assigned center. Hard core sales with generating walk-ins at center through ATL promotion and local marketing. Proactively up-selling and cross-selling relevant product. Capturing accurate client information on inquiry form and timely entering the same in the system. Ensure KYC compliance of the enrolled students. Share information on various courses, test prep products, application process, and deadline on proactive basis Provide career advice to students on academic courses Counsel students/parents about courses and its benefits Responsible for profitability, delivery and Student acquisition Responsible for revenue generation Counseling, attending course queries, updating schedules, Making outbound calls, handling incoming calls Handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done Giving course information to the student Converting the leads to admissions Key Skills: 1. Candidate should have pleasing personality with effective convincing and selling skill. 2. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills: (English, Hindi and Punjabi) 3. Responsible and motivated to give your best. 4. Should have strong relationship building skills. 5. Should have sound knowledge in filling visa applications for students / Immigration. 6. Ability to perform under pressure, strict time-lines and targets. ,
