Description The Accounts Executive - AR will report to the Assistant Manager, Finance and Administration and The candidate will primarily be responsible for reviewing orders, preparing MIS reports and assisting in month- end close activities. Responsibilities/ What You ll Do We are looking for a candidate who has sound academic record in Finance & Accounting stream with good communication skills. Candidate will be primarily responsible for performing the day to day transactional recording for Accounts Receivable ensuring the highest standards of ethics towards financial data. Preparing the day to day Invoices Post customer payments by recording cash and checks transactions Keep a daily follow up with customers on overdue accounts as per pre- established guidelines Liaison internally with other teams to resolve service/ booking related issues so that payments are timely released Preparing weekly AR report and other MIS reports as and when assigned Maintaining up to date billing system and accounts reconciliation Monitoring accounts for non- payments, delayed payments and other irregularities Other such incidental and ancillary tasks Work under immediate supervision and report to Senior AR Executive or Manager Qualifications/ Your Background Post- Graduate in Finance, Accounting or other similar streams ((minimum first division in Graduation/ Post Graduation Level from reputed institute within India).
