Job Description

Role Overview:The Agency Manager will be responsible for driving the sales of health insurance products through field sales activities and managing a team of agents. The role involves agent recruitment, training, sales support, and achieving set targets in a dynamic, field-based environment.Key Responsibilities:
• Agent Recruitment & Development: Actively recruit and onboard agents for the health insurance business in the assigned region.
• Training & Field Sales Support: Provide on-ground training, product knowledge, and continuous sales support to agents.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve sales targets by driving field sales and ensuring that agents perform at their best.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with agents to ensure high engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Compliance: Ensure all sales and field activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in field sales (preferably in the insurance sector).
• Must-Have Skills:
  1. Sales Leadership Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
  2. Field Sales Expertise Strong experience in on-ground, face-to-face sales, and customer interaction.
• Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Education: Graduate or equivalent (preferred).
• Age: 25-35 years (flexible based on experience).
• CTC: Competitive salary based on experience performance-based incentives.
