You will need to be technically brilliant , commercially savvy with excellentcommunication skills.You will be working to select , combine , adapt and tune existing best of breed ERP Software PeopleSoft components as a combination of ERP administration , Application Development andApplication Management. His / her primary role is to work with the technology teams and deliver the solutions for the business users.Duties & ResponsibilitiesFunctionsBuild , configure , debug and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi - instance hosting environment.Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including , tuxedo application servers on UNIX , process schedulers on both UNIX and NT and Web logic configuration.Have in - depth knowledge of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture security componentsWork in multiple versions of PeopleSoft and PeopleTools preferably 9.2 (Financials , HRMS and Portal)Should have working experience on Oracle 11g / 12cConfiguring Integration Broker , defining gateway , creating and configuring nodes and Troubleshooting IB issues.Involved in troubleshooting the App server , Process scheduler and web server.SES / ES installation , configuration and troubleshooting.Experience in PeopleSoft performance and tuning.Hands on experience with multiple upgrades projects and having at least two 9.2 upgrade experience.Perform PeopleTools and Application upgrade using change assistant.Good knowledge on PeopleSoft PUMApplied Patches / Bundles / Maintenance Packs from the PeopleSoft to the PeopleSoft databases on timely basis.Provide recommendations for tuning PeopleSoft servers(app server / webserver / process scheduler tiers) to maximum performance.Provide best practices for PeopleSoft Server for Optimum performance of application and related processes.Assist with planning for growth and changes (capacity planning).Must worked on PeopleSoft UNIX Systems and Windows Systems with sound knowledge in SQL , Unix Shell Scripting , Powershell Scripting.QualificationsFull Time Graduates / Post Graduates in: BE / BTech / ME / MTech / MSc / MCA / MCM / MSMust be able to speak and write English with advanced proficiencies and experience speaking with international customers is a plus.Should be highly motivated and energetic individualWillingness and ability to operate in several different technical disciplines is a must.Willing to work in Shifts.Willing to relocate to ChandigarhKnowledge , Skills , Abilities , and Other Characteristics3+ yrs.
