• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve growth and enhance revenue.
• Conduct joint calls with the sales team to generate business opportunities.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for growth in the assigned area.
• Establish and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
• Oversee lead generation activities and customer claim investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations within the team.
• Verify customer documents and claims while providing innovative solutions to enhance performance.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to improve sales outcomes.
• Engage with HR and decision-makers in corporate companies for business opportunities.
• Provide performance feedback to the sales team and identify areas for improvement.
