Job Description

  • Business Objectives To meet the desired Sales targets of the product.
  • To enhance the distribution framework of the product.
  • To meet the targets through designated channels and distribution network To meet the market share objective of the bank in their respective markets.
  • Identifying new business avenues Profitability To meet the profitability target of the Channel by meeting the banks objective of Rates and PF for the bank.
  • To enhance the cross sell penetration and income generating products.
  • Portfolio quality To maintain the quality of portfolio by keeping a check on defaults and profiling of the customers.
  • Strategize & Implement new processes for managing better customer relationships Identifying new business revenues Productivity Parameters To enhance the productivity of the team in terms of core as well as cross products.
  • To increase the profitability of the team and generating more revenues from each team members.
  • Hygiene Parameters To maintain all the hygienic parameters of the bank related to product and processes.
  • Eg - Approval ratios, FTNR , Leads generation and conversions, Team management To maintain a healthy and competitive environment in the team and ensure their personal and professional growth.
