Achievement of sales (volume / value) as per budget. Manage accounts receivables as per norms. Manage and control inventories and SMNM stocks as per budgets through proper forecasting. Managing the business in his division through a team. Recruitment ,Training and development of sales and admin team and develop successors for self and front line personnel. Monitor, evaluate & provide feedback on performance of team. Implement channel incentive scheme and ensure control measures and cost controls. Channel management and expansion as per need of the business. Implement marketing plan and promotion, pricing, product mix & distribution policies of the company in the location. Gather information on competitors activities in the region and act upon it for company benefit. Control entire accounting and all audit related queries.Required Candidate profileCandidate working experience in Haryana , Delhi & PunjabPreferred. Should have Strong experience in Dealer network. From - Paint , Adhesive , Wall putty only preferred. MBA - Full time is Mandatory. ,
