Hiring: Area Sales ManagersIndustry: Building Materials (uPVC Window & Door Systems)We are looking for dynamic and result-driven sales professionals to join a fast-growing organization in the building materials segment, specializing in uPVC window and door solutions. LocationsMultiple openings across:
• Delhi NCR
• Chandigarh (Punjab, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh region)
• Jaipur (Rajasthan)
• Patna (Bihar)
Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales and business development in assigned territories
• Manage and expand channel sales and project sales
• Handle government and institutional sales (for select roles)
• Develop strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, and project stakeholders
• Identify new business opportunities and ensure market penetration
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Desired Candidate Profile
• Graduate (MBA preferred)
• 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in building materials, construction, fenestration, or related industries)
• Strong experience in channel / project / institutional sales
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
Compensation
• Salary Range: 40,000 1,00,000 per month (based on experience and role)
• Performance-driven incentives
