1. Assist the Branch Manager in overall operations of the branch. 2. Assist and manage all business operational aspects including customer service, human resource, administration, academics and sales of all the existing products and services along with the new product lines which may be added. 3. Meet the goals set up by the Management. 4. Assess the local market conditions and identify the current and prospective sales opportunities. 5. Develop business plan for the branch. Stay abreast of the competing markets and provide reports on competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs. 6. Bring out the best from the team by organising / arranging training, coaching, development and motivation. 7. Assist and take prompt corrective action for customer and employee satisfaction as per company guidelines in accordance to discussion with the Branch Manager.
