Cash and Bank AccountingJob Description1) Represent the company before GST authorities for assessments, Audits and refunds; 2) Discuss and finalize representations prepared by advocates and consultants for Tax appeals and represent the company before various tax courts; 3) Determine appropriate TDS rates after analysing the transactions under Income Tax Act 1961 4) Reporting and Compliances under GST laws. Preparing monthly/ quarterly/ annual Returns under relevant GST. 5) Ensuring revenue recognition compliances under Companies Act 2013. Recognition of provisions and contingent liabilities & prior period adjustments for periodical MIS and Statutory Financial Reporting. 6) Providing MIS related to collection and outstanding to various stakeholders. 7) Review of accounting books and records and reconciling statements and transactions. 8) Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets and assign tag numbers to Fixed Assets. 9) Recording of fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system. 10) Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations. 11) Check and verify payment vouchers and the supporting documents. Reviewing accounting and suggesting rectifications/ corrections. 12) Review of Balance sheet and Profit & Loss items of the branches and confirm with internal and external accounting policies. 13) Advising on income- tax and GST, involving business solutions for complex transactions of job work, sales and purchases, and of rendering services.Qualification DetailsEssential Qualification: Inter CA or Inter ICWA or MCOM or MBAPreferred Qualification: - Experience DetailsEssential Experience: 2 years of work experiencePreferred Experience: - Special SkillEssential : a. i) People Management ii) Communication Skills iii) Process Orientation Preferred : -,
