With a mission to uplift the economically weaker sections of society, Swastik Finance distributes small loans to help women start and expand their businesses and improve their livelihoods.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at SWASTIK FINANCE LTD located in Chandigarh. The role will involve overseeing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering employee benefits, and utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The Assistant Vice President will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, developing and implementing HR strategies, and fostering a positive work. environment.Qualifications Experience in Human Resources, including knowledge of HR policies and practices Expertise in managing employee relations and resolving workplace conflicts Understanding of employee benefits administration Proficiency in working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for data management and analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Knowledge of employment laws and regulations Experience in the financial or microfinance industry is a plus Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Carrying minimum 10 Yr experience in HR field,
