At PrepLadder with over 1 Million sign-ups, our goal has been to create a world where no aspirant regrets their decision to study on our platform. We have a platform where we can bring the best educators and provide access to our learner base across India. AD/Director - Growth (Youtube Traction) Responsibilities: - Devise and implement audience development strategies on YouTube to increase viewing and subscriber numbers. A specific focus should be to grow an audience in categories with the most effective commercial return. - Build a highly motivated team of YouTube channel managers across our most important categories to ensure the execution of the most critical initiatives to drive growth.- Build, develop, and grow Prepladder YouTube channels; define and track KPIs and success metrics for the function - Ensure sufficient supply of video clips either from in-house or from third-party sources. This will involve regular tracking of inputs from our partners, working with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery, and collaborating with internal teams to create relevant in-house inventory.- Ensure promotions of our features and brands across channels, working in collaboration with category stakeholders.- Host regular brainstorming sessions with category stakeholders to create a slate of original content which complements archive clips. - Research on what content (PrepLadder and other) is performing well on YouTube or other online channels as well as other sites, to advise on channels content needs, and generate ideas.- Work with category managers to drive regular engagement of PrepLadder communities on external channels. Candidate Desired Profile: Youtube, Growth Manager, Social Media Manager (a) Educational Background: Any (b) Technical Skills: TubeBuddy, VidIQ. Qualities Required for the Position: - 5+ years of experience growing digital presence, especially on content-based platforms such as YouTube - Strong SEO knowledge - Data driven, execution focused professionals - Experience in managing content strategy and quality with an eye for detail - Experience in managing and growing own YouTube channel,
