Job Description

    Candidate Desired Profile:

    Qualities Required for the Position:
    • 5+ years of experience growing digital presence, especially on content-based platforms such as you tube
    • Strong SEO knowledge
    • Data driven, execution focused professionals
    • Experience in managing content strategy and quality with an eye for detail
    • Experience in managing and growing own you tube channel
    Responsibilities:Devise and implement audience development strategies on youtube to increase viewing and subscriber numbers. A specific focus should be to grow audience in categories with the most effective commercial return.
    • Build a highly motivated team of you tube channel managers across our most important categories to ensure execution of most critical initiatives to drive
    • Build, develop, and grow ouryou tube channels; define and track kips and success metrics for the function
    • Ensure sufficient supply of video clips either from in-house or from third-party sources. This will involve regular tracking of inputs from our partners, working with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery and collaborating with internal teams to create relevant in-house
    • Ensure promotions of our features and brands across channels, working in collaboration with category
    • Host regular brainstorming sessions with category stakeholders to create a slate of original content which complements archive
    • Research on what content (our and other) is performing well on youtube or other online channels as well as other sites, to advise on channels content needs, and generate
    • Work with category managers to drive regular engagement of ourcommunities on external channels.
