Job Description

JD for Infrastructure Support AnalystAn Infrastructure Support Analyst for Duck Creek Technologies will primarily be responsible for providing cloud support, monitoring and assessing potential issues relating to critical IT applications, systems and devices.Job Description

  • Basic understanding of the following monitoring: Application health, system availability, latency, performance and end-to-end monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of supportive software including: Dynatrace, OMS, SolarWinds, McAfee EPO, and others
  • Experience in handling cloud operations (AWS EC2, S3, ELK, ELB, RDS, Autoscaling, Route53, VPC)
  • Experience in Installation and configuration of Linux and Windows servers.
  • Basic knowledge of network security and server hardening.
  • Experience on GIT, Jenkins and Rundeck for different projects
  • Experience in Windows Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP.
  • Basic knowledge of configuring apache, tomcat and firewall on Linux Server.
  • Basic knowledge of technology terminology regarding Microsoft Azure
  • Highest degree of honesty and integrity

  • Stay informed of production changes that could affect functionality and alerting.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams, working closely with peers to ensure the appropriate focus and sense of urgency is applied to all issues.
Desired Knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of configuring Windows Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP.
  • Knowledge of cloud operations tools (AWS EC2, S3, ELK, ELB, RDS, Autoscaling, Route53, VPC)
  • Accurately troubleshoot, reproduce and document issues and other pertinent information
  • Create and maintain Runbook content.
  • Handle incident queue and perform various tasks as necessary
Qualification
  • B.Tech / MCA
  • 2-3 Years of IT Experience
  • 2 Year experience in Insurance industry is desired.
