Qualifications BE/ B. Tech/ MCA/MBA Candidate should possess the degreefrom a recognized University/ Institution only Ability totravel globally Competencies Action Oriented Manages Complexity Plan and Aligns Drive Results Overall Responsibility This position will be responsible for carrying out implementation and rollouts of Oracle Application in our Global Single instance environment and requires implementation experience with a deep understanding of Oracle eBusiness Suite Applications Skills & Experience Implementation/ Support experience and detailed understanding of the CRM modules in Oracle Applications: Depot Repair, Teleservice, Field Service, Install Base, Service Contracts, Quoting, Spare Management, Sales Online, Marketing Online, CRM Foundation, TCA add on advantage to have knowledge of iStore10 plus years experience in Oracle ERP, at least 7 years of experience with Oracle 11/12i E-Business Suite preferably in Oracle CRM ModulesKnowledge in Oracle CRM standard functionality and experience with customizations, extensions, modifications and integration (CEMLI) componentsFamiliar with Oracle application TCA architectureWorking knowledge of Oracle Setups for 11/12i E-Business Suite: Request to Repair, Dispatch to Debrief, Contract to Renewal, Quote to Warranty and RMA Business process cycle, functional module setups, profile options, flex-fields, functional module interfacesAbility to Gather requirements , map them in Oracle apps and manage gaps and effectively communicate functional details to end users and management - User Training , AIM Methodology DocumentationExperience with full Systems Development Life Cycle and ability to do Business Process reengineeringUnderstanding of software development methodologies, development processes, change management, and deployment proceduresSelf-Motivated & Team playerMust be a team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a teamMust be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a demanding work environmentStrong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
