Job Description

    Job Description:We are seeking a dedicated and professional Field Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
    • Respond to and resolve client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner.
    • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth communication and ensure effective resolution of issues.
    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including follow-up actions and resolutions.
    • Assist in administrative tasks and manage documentation related to client accounts.
    • Support operational processes while ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
    • Track and monitor service requests and complaints, ensuring all are addressed and resolved within the established timeframes.
    Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month
