Job Description

    1 Sales & Business Development
    • Drive life/general insurance sales through bank branches
    • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
    • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the bank customer base
    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals
    2 Relationship Management
    • Build strong working relationships with bank branch managers and staff
    • Conduct regular branch visits to maintain engagement
    • Resolve operational or sales-related issues quickly
    3 Training & Support
    • Train bank staff on insurance products, compliance, and selling techniques
    • Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings
    • Motivate branch teams through performance reviews and incentives
