Job Description

As a Business Analyst (BI), you will be responsible for conducting business and data analysis using ETL platforms like Alteryx. You will be required to work on techno-functional assignments that may also involve writing code. You must be open to learning new technologies as well as be ready to explore and learn BI and analytics tools as required.As a leading IT services provider in Chandigarh and Panchkula, we re looking for someone with 3 7 years of relevant experience to join our Panchkula office. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely solutions to customers.
  • Understand the business processes and prepare proposals for clients.
  • Analyze business data and create BI/predictive analytics solutions as per the requirements.
  • Interact directly with business partners to support their operational needs.
  • Enable the business to take effective decisions and solve problems with quantified insights into data.
  • Manage data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, D3.js.
  • Work efficiently with MS Excel (formula, vlookup, etc.), SQL and Statistics.
  • Work on Advanced Analytics algorithms like Regression, Decision Tree, ANOVA, and Clustering.
  • Exhibit excellent logical reasoning, good analytical skills, time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Be tech-savvy, highly motivated, self-starter, and a team player.
  • Be highly organized with the ability to balance multiple projects at the same time.
  • Be able to perform under pressure.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
