Major Accountabilities:1. Interpret, Ideate and Prepare event proposals for given client briefs.2. Initiate and secure implementation of new business and subsequent monitoring.3. Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers4. Allocating, and managing, recruiting staff resources according to changing needs with growth in business.5. Supervise & Mentor the Client Servicing team6. Generate new business from existing and potential clients.7.
