Major Accountabilities:1. Interpret, Ideate and Prepare event proposals for given client briefs.2. Initiate and secure implementation of new business and subsequent monitoring.3. Liaising and negotiating with customers and suppliers4. Allocating, and managing, recruiting staff resources according to changing needs with growth in business.5. Supervise & Mentor the Client Servicing team6. Generate new business from existing and potential clients.7. Ensure smooth communication between the client and internal teams for all event requirements, planning and execution.Skill:Experience with lead generation and prospect management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers.Persuasive and goal-oriented.Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.Excellent analytical and time-management skills.Demonstrated and proven sales results.Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.Education -Bachelors degree / MBA preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred.ExperienceBetween 1 to 2 Years
