Job Description

    Key Responsibilities: Responsible for conceptualizing and executing Car Accessories sales to Tyre retailers across the defined territory using distribution model Create new distributor(s), preferably who are already selling to tyre retailers and have an existing relationship with tyre retailers. Responsible for meeting distributors primary sales targets as defined from time to time. Regularly visit tyre retailers and convince tyre retailers to stock and start selling car accessories and help them maximise the untapped potential of their existing customers. Perform retailer marketing activities with the help of marketing team to promote myTVS brand amongst tyre retailers e.g. demo shelf installations, signages, canopy activities, etc Prepare reports and basic data analysis for management reporting Extensively travel across the defined region to develop direct relationship with the key retailers and identify and resolve on-ground business challenges Must Have: Thorough experience of distribution sales with experience of managing distributors of any tyre brand Presentable and well versed in creating various kind of reports and presentations Should have worked in tyre Industry Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
