Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive branch-level initiatives to achieve overall sales objectives.
• Monitor and ensure achievement of monthly and weekly sales targets.
• Identify business challenges affecting sales and implement corrective actions.
• Enhance branch productivity and operational efficiency.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing, returning, and new customers.
• Engage with customers regularly to ensure business continuity and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze market feedback on product quality, pricing, competition, and customer preferences.
• Validate sales data and reports and share insights with the Zonal Head.
• Ensure consistent business growth and customer retention.
