Urgent Opening City Supervisor profile in ChandigarhPosition City SupervisorPay Scale : CTC 30 - 35 K Per monthKnowledge & Skills Need to have min. 3 to 6 yrs of experience in the CAR Business New/Second hand cars.Target Companies Cartrade, Cardekho, Cars24, OLX, Quikr Cars, Droom, OLA, UBER, etc.Operational Profile 1. Ensure Vehicle availability including Driver & Sales consultant2. Ensure daily on-time reporting of Sales Consultant & Driver for every TD scheduled with the customer3. Ensure daily reporting of the overall defined process in the system4. Co-ordinate with agency for any Driver / Sales consultant replacement5. Co-ordinate & manage with Municipal authorities, Insurance and RSA companies to report and resolve any kind of accident & casualties6. Report daily performance metrics with Central call centre team and Regional Manager7. Guide sales consultant to deliver sales story, product features and queries of customer using TAB and Artificial Intelligence based Chat bot8. Ensure min. 4 TD conduct per vehicle per day9. Ensure customer satisfaction rating of 9-10 in the scale of 1 to 10 for every TD conduct in the city10. Increase overall TD conduct efficiency11. Fuel consumption monitoring & managing payout12. Motivate Sales consultant and Driver13. Co-ordinate with city M&M dealer for any planned / unplanned activity14. Co-ordinate with customer for any kind of support & escalation management15. Manage vehicle parking with the provider16.
